The invention relates to chemical engineering, in particular, to devices for the preparation of thermoplastic plastics. A device for producing thermoplastic plastic is known, comprising a receiving container for a material with a vertically positioned axis, mounted in a container rotatably about its axis of the crushing and stirring tool, and a screw extruder communicated by means of a loading opening made in the area of the crushing and stirring tool with a cavity the receiving container, the feeding part of the screw extruder being located radially relative to the axis of the container 2. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in a device for producing thermoplastic plastic containing a receiving container for a material with a vertically positioned axis, mounted in a container, the crushing and stirring tools and the screw extruder communicated by means of a loading opening made in the zone grinding, and mixing tool, with the cavity of the receiving container, and the feeding part of the screw extruder is located radially relative to the axis and the container, the pitak part of the screw extruder is placed in the loading opening, made in the side plating of the receiving container, above the grinding and mixing tool, which is mounted in the lower part of the receiving container. The device contains a receiving container 1 for a material with a vertical axis, mounted on the bottom of the container 1 rotatably from the actuator 2 about its axis crushing and stirring tool 3. In the side casing 4 of container I there is a loading opening 5 located above the crushing and stirring tool 3. A screw extruder b communicates with the cavity of the receiving container J. through the loading opening 5, the feeding part 7 of which is placed in the loading opening 5. The feeding part 7 to the screw ovogo extruder used is radially disposed with respect to the axis of the container 1 (Fig. 3). . On the inner shell of container 4, in the direction of rotation of the crushing and mixing tool 3, a guide wall 8 for a plastic material is mounted in front of the feeding part 7 of the extruder 6. Cooling water channels (not shown) may be provided in the guide wall. The screw extruder is equipped with an outlet 9. The extruder is connected to the drive 10 through a gearbox 11 and a belt drive 12. The grinding and mixing tool 3 can be mounted in bearings (not shown) with axial movement. The receiving container 1 is made with a feed funnel 13 for feeding plastic material. The device works as follows. The plastic material through the feed funnel 13 is fed into the receiving container 1 from above and enters the zone of action of the grinding and mixing tool 3, while the kopop material moves along the lining of the container 1 in a circle while it is being crushed and stirred. In addition, the particles of the material are inverted in radial planes. As a result of circular motion relative to the axis of the container 1, the particles of the material are pressed against the casing 4 and move to the guide wall 8, along which the feeding part 7 of the extruder is forcibly directed, which loads at increased pressure and captures material particles from the material flow, thereby providing uniform filling of the screw extruder 6 regardless of the filling height of the receiving container 1. The guide wall 8 provides the feed to the feeding part 7 with uniform pressure for filling the screw auger trudera 6. In the processing of various plastics compositions, delivery pressure can be adjusted by axial movement pulverizing and stir tool 3. Recycled material produces a through the outlet E, and it can zkstrudirovats in any form (not shown). The filling pressure of the screw extruder b does not depend on the centrifugal forces, but on the feed forces that are applied by the grinding and mixing tools 3 in the direction of rotation to the flow of material. The filling of the extruder b therefore occurs regardless of the filling level of the container and it is sufficient that the feeding part 7 of the extruder be located inside the rotating material flow. Due to the higher filling pressure for the screw extruder, a higher thermal efficiency is established. The amount of material delivered to the extruder depends on the axial distance between the guide wall 8 and the grinding and stirring tool 3. To regulate the amount of material fed to the extruder, the grinding and mixing tool is axially displaced in the bearings. The direction of the wall 8 can be cooled in order to avoid material sticking to it, the temperature of which rises when a pressure head appears in the material flow. The use of the proposed invention will ensure uniform loading of a screw extruder at constant pressure during the processing of various types and compositions of plastic materials.
